Strategic CFO: Manufacturing ERP Leader

Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Industry: Industrial Manufacturing Location: Lowell, MA (on-site) Compensation: $225K - $275K base salary plus bonus (depending on experience) We are currently seeking candidates for a CFO position based in Lowell, MA, with a well-established, privately held manufacturing company. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and play a key role in driving the company’s financial and operational strategy. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to work closely with ownership and senior leadership to lead strategic initiatives, enhance financial operations, and implement new systems and processes. Responsibilities: Lead all aspects of finance and accounting, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Oversee cost accounting and financial operations within a manufacturing environment Drive the evaluation and implementation of a new ERP system Enhance financial processes, reporting capabilities, and internal controls Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and decision-making Manage relationships with banking partners, auditors, and external advisors Lead, develop, and optimize an established finance and accounting team Oversee multi-entity financial reporting and consolidation Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance CPA preferred 10+ years of accounting & finance experience in amanufacturing environment Strong background in: Cost accounting, Inventory-driven operations, Cash flow management and forecasting Previous experience supporting ERP implementations Exposure to multi-entity or consolidated financial structures Demonstrated ability to lead teams, improve processes, and execute initiatives If you are interested in learning more about the role please send your resume to Brian at View email address on click.appcast.io .
