The Lerning Specilist & Teching Consltnt plys key role in mentoring ectors, spporting instrctionl excellence, n vncing inclsive school-wie inititives. This fll-time role is esigne for n experience ector who thrives in both stent-fcing n consltnt-level cpcities. The Lerning Specilist les trgete stent interventions, spports inivilize lerning plns, coches fclty in best prctices, n collbortes with leership to refine crriclm n t-informe reporting processes. Key Responsibilities
Mentorship & Professionl evelopment

• Mentor teching stff in evience-bse instrctionl strtegies, clssroom mngement, n inclsive ection.
• Fcilitte ongoing coching cycles, co-plnning, n moeling of ifferentite instrction.
• Le professionl evelopment sessions n contribte to internl trining resorces.

Stent Spport & Interventions

• esign n implement inivilize cemic interventions 1:1 n in smll grops for stents cross K-12 gre levels.
• Conct lerning ssessments, monitor stent progress, n collborte with mltiisciplinry tems to jst spports.
• Spport clssroom techers with gol-setting n t collection for stents receiving interventions.

Crriclm & Instrctionl Conslting

• Collborte with school leership to lign crriclm n instrctionl prctices with inclsive, stnrs-bse gols.
• Co-evelop project-bse, cross-crriclr nits tht integrte msic, rt, n rel-worl pplictions.

• Experience teching mltiple gre levels n sbject res
