School SecretaryWe are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable School Secretary to serve as a welcoming first point of contact for our school community. This position answers phone calls, assists parents, students, teachers, and visitors, and supports the daily operations of the school office.Responsibilities include preparing the weekly school newsletter; distributing communications to families by email, mail, and take-home packets; maintaining accurate records; assisting faculty and staff as needed; completing general office tasks; carrying out additional duties as assigned by the Administration; and ensuring that important information is communicated clearly and promptly.The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, proficiency with email and standard office technology, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
