Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our National Resident RN , you will experience a dynamic and supportive residency, receiving personalized attention to foster long-term success and cross-training across our interconnected Nursing units.

The National Nurse Residency Program (NNRP) is designed to support the new graduate nurse during the transition from the student role to the licensed Registered Nurse (RN) role.

Every day you will deliver individualized patient care by collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, administering treatments, monitoring vital signs, and educating patients and families, all while embracing varied nursing tasks.

To be successful in this role, you will actively engage in our comprehensive, evidence-based Residency Program, utilizing clinical orientation, practice, and mentorship. You will demonstrate a passion for learning and teamwork within a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Clinical Skills : Basic understanding of and ability to provide clinical skills necessary for patient care, e.g. history taking, therapeutic planning and monitoring, etc., to achieve optimized outcomes in medication therapy and clinical treatment.

Job Requirements

Required

• Must be a graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program

• Must pass NCLEX on or before Friday, June 26, 2026

• Associates Of Science Nursing, upon hire

• 0-12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience, upon hire

• Registered Nurse: NV, upon hire

• Basic Life Support - American Heart Association CPR, upon hire

Preferred

• Bachelors of Science Nursing, upon hire

Pay Range

$46.44 - $64.37 /hour
