What we’re seeking:

• Active SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience delivering speech and language therapy within a school setting preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary school teams
• Skilled in assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans for a broad range of speech, language, and communication challenges
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Strong organizational abilities and adaptability to changing school needs

What you’ll do day-to-day:

• Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student needs
• Deliver direct therapy to students in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to foster student success
• Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student evaluations
• Engage in school-wide activities to promote communication development
