Line Cook — Frackelton’s
$18–$22 per hour, depending on experience
Five days per week · Sundays guaranteed off

Frackelton’s in downtown Sheridan is hiring a line cook with at least one year of experience to work the grill station during busy dinner service. You’ll work under our Executive Chef and Sous Chef, preparing dishes to our recipes and standards.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their cooking, keeps a clean station, and communicates well when the tickets start stacking up. Reliability, teamwork, and the ability to stay organized during a rush matter here.

What you’ll do

• Prep ingredients and stock your station before service.
• Work the grill and cook proteins to the requested temperature.
• Coordinate with other stations so dishes arrive at the window together.
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and plating standards.
• Keep your station clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Follow food safety procedures and help with kitchen cleanup.

What we’re looking for

• At least one year of line cooking experience.
• The ability to stay organized and keep pace during busy service.
• Solid knife skills and an understanding of food safety.
• Reliability, clear communication, and a willingness to take direction.
• Grill experience preferred; Food Handler Certification is a plus.

Pay and schedule

Pay is $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience. The schedule is five days per week, with Sundays guaranteed off.
