Expected Duration: 12+ months

Job Type: Full Time (>=40 HRS WEEKLY) – Contract- Remote

Pay Range: $25-30/hr

Job Description

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting Roche Diagnostics Corp. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in clinical data management, EP Evaluator, and Microsoft Excel and a proven ability to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance while delivering actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Diligently enter, create, maintain, and archive designated master data within scope.
• Import clinical data from field operations using statistical application software and ensure quality standards for customers.
• Apply CLIA and CAP regulatory requirements to assess data for compliance and monitor quality.
• Provide feedback and guidance to stakeholders to support data integrity and decision making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Medical Laboratory Medicine degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced working knowledge of EP Evaluator and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of databases and data structures including tables, hierarchical structures, and flat files.
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills with effective oral and written communication.

Preferred Skills:

• Medical Technologist or Clinical Lab Scientist with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools.

Role Logistics

• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST, 40 hours per week.
• Work arrangement: Remote after on-site training in Indianapolis, IN
