Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $18.85 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Tue: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Wed: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a healthcare-related location. Monitor and manage entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and maintain accurate access records in accordance with site procedures. Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established reporting channels. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including entrances, restricted locations, parking areas, and the business perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity. Communicate professionally with site personnel and visitors, report security-related observations, and support a professional, orderly environment. Minimum Requirements Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR and First Aid experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
