We are building a national residential painting company and looking for motivated, entrepreneurial individuals to become our local operating partners in markets across the United States.

This is not a traditional painting job. We are looking for someone who wants to take ownership of a local market, manage the day-to-day operation, build relationships with customers, and share equally in the profits.

We bring the business infrastructure, lead generation, and labor resources. You bring the drive, leadership, and commitment to run your local operation.

For a $1,500 initial contribution, you can become a 50/50 operating partner in your local painting market, subject to a written partnership agreement.

Your Role as the Local Operating Partner

You will be the local face of the business and responsible for making your market successful.

(Thing of yourself as a 50/50 owner for your $1,500 buy in to have skin in the game.)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to leads and communicating with potential customers.
• Scheduling estimates and following up with prospects.
• Helping prepare estimates and close painting projects.
• Coordinating painting crews and project schedules.
• Maintaining customer satisfaction and quality standards.
• Managing project costs, budgets, and profitability.
• Doing final the final walk-through and punch lists with customers.
• Overseeing projects from the initial customer contact through completion.
• Building relationships and establishing the company's reputation in your market.
• Communicating with the national team regarding sales, production, and financial performance.

You do not necessarily need to be an experienced painter. We are looking for someone who can manage people, communicate professionally, solve problems, and run an operation.

Sales, management, construction, home services, or small-business experience is a plus.

The Partnership & Financial Opportunity

Initial contribution: $1,500

Profit split: 50/50

Potential monthly profit: $8,000–$15,000

Note: You make your upfront investment back in full after the first two painting projects are completed. So the faster we get busy, the faster your contribution is back in your bank account.

The goal is to establish profitable local painting operations that can grow over time.

Your initial contribution gives you a financial stake in getting your market launched. You and the company will share profits equally under the agreed-upon partnership structure.

The $8,000–$15,000 monthly figure represents a target earning opportunity, not a guaranteed income. Actual results will depend on the number and size of jobs sold, lead conversion, labor costs, overhead, customer payments, and other operating expenses.

The written agreement will define the partnership structure, division of responsibilities, accounting, profit calculations, and treatment of the initial contribution.

• A good working cell phone, to communicate and take jobsite pictures, good communication is a must.
• A reliable vehicle that looks professional to do estimates.
• A tape measure.
• A not pad and clipboard
