Customer Care Team Member
Mitchell Subaru located in Canton, Ct is focused on providing the best solutions and service for all of its clients and is currently in need of additional team members for our Customer Care Team. This is an excellent opportunity for one talented individual that excels at customer service looking to join New England's fastest growing brand. We want to hire talented people who are willing to go the extra mile for our customers and who enjoy working in a friendly, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with consumers through live chat, incoming calls, email sales leads.
- Makes sales appointments
- Ability to explain product performance and benefits
- Build strong rapport with customers
- Work closely with management on equipment, technology and pricing options
Qualifications
- Automotive sales experience a plus
- Previous call center or customer service experience helpful
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Quality customer service skills
