What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one or small-group behavioral support to K-12 students
• Implement behavior plans and classroom support strategies
• Encourage positive behaviors and appropriate social interactions
• Support students with IEP and 504 plan goals
• Track student progress and document behavioral outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and support teams

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• ABA, CPI, or school-based experience preferred but not required
