Overview Seeking a registered nurse for a full-time night shift in the Med Surg Unit. Responsibilities Planning shifts and setting priorities based on patient and physician needs. Assigning, directing, and monitoring nursing staff while ensuring quality patient care. Assessing daily patient needs and managing resource availability. Contributing to staff hiring, training, evaluations, and addressing patient care concerns. Qualifications Current RN licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing. BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire. At least 1 year of relevant experience. Skills Strong judgment, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage patient care effectively and coordinate staff activities.
