Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – PRN
Autumn Lake at Cromwell | Cromwell, CT
$35–$40/hour | PRN

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN opportunity at Autumn Lake at Cromwell. This flexible position is a great fit for a PTA who enjoys working directly with residents to improve mobility, build strength, and support greater independence throughout the rehabilitation process.

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist residents with strengthening, balance, gait training, transfers, endurance, and mobility exercises
• Follow individualized treatment plans established by the supervising PT
• Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the therapy team
• Reinforce safe movement techniques and therapeutic strategies
• Complete accurate and timely treatment documentation
• Collaborate with rehabilitation staff and other members of the interdisciplinary team

• $35–$40/hour

• Active Connecticut Physical Therapist Assistant license required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to providing quality, resident-centered care
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
