The Impact You'll Make in this Role As a Global Logistics System Analyst reporting directly to the Global Logistics Performance and Reporting Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Working directly with 3rd party and 3M cross-functional teams to deliver value on ERP initiatives.
  • Optimize system and operational processes.
  • Drive data quality initiatives.
  • Facilitate with the translation of business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Oversee the delivery and report status of technical enhancements being completed by internal and external technical teams.
  • Engage in technical analysis and feasibility studies for new project work.
• Interfacing with the 3M Logistics IT organization and acting as business process support:
  • Lead testing activities for SAP and supply chain partner integrations.
  • Coordinate with Global LEX IT and Alpine team to provide status to stakeholders on critical technical issues.
  • Partner with IT to monitor and drive root cause analysis of system failures.

Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
• Five (5) years of Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, IT, and/or master data in a private, public, government or military environment.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience in business requirement gathering for technical project work.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Proven track record as a self-starter and independent worker.
• Strong collaborator with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in logistics.
• Experience with agile and waterfall project methodology.
• Experience with SAP EM, TM, and ECC.
• Experience with systems integrations (API, EDI, etc.) specifically transaction codes 210, 310, 214, 315, 301, 304, and 856.
• Demonstrated capabilities in the following areas: leadership, interpersonal skills, influencing skills, change management, coaching skills, and process improvement methodology.
