divh2Home Health Aide/h2pThe Lakes Home Care is looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan./ppResponsibilities:/pulliResponsible for assisting patients with and per plan of care, the following:/liulliBaths, oral hygiene, dressing and undressing, toileting activities, feeding, etc./liliTaking and recording oral, rectal and axillary temperatures, pulse, respiration and blood pressure when ordered (with appropriate completed/demonstrated skills competency)/liliSafe transfer and ambulation techniques/liliExercise according to the plan of care/liliPerforming range of motion and other simple procedures as an extensional therapy service as ordered (with appropriate completed/demonstrated skills competency)/liliPatients laundry/liliMeeting safety needs of patients and using equipment safely and properly (foot stools, side rails, etc.)/liliObservation and teaching of home safety practices/liliRecognition of an emergency situation and knowledge of emergency management procedures/li/ulliMust follow patients plan of care and complete all tasks assigned/liliCommunicates in a constant, clear, and effective way with the client, family/caregiver and office/liliObserves and documents patient condition and reports any changes, to the assigned nurse supervisor/li/ulpRequirements:/pulliMeets all training requirements in accordance with state and federal laws when applicable/liliAbility to read, follow written instructions and document care given/liliPossess and maintains current CPR certification in accordance with state regulation/liliPPD or chest x-ray if applicable/liliSuccessful completion of Maxim screening examinations/liliParticipation and completion of Maxims competency program/li/ulpMust meet all federal, state, and local requirements/ppThe Lakes benefits:/pulliPart-time position./liliFlexible work hours where you create your own schedule/liliCompetitive salary/li/ulpJoin our team of healthcare professionals dedicated to improving the lives of our patients through quality care and compassion./ppAbout The Lakes Home Care Services:/ppAt The Lakes Home Care, Inc., we are dedicated to providing high-quality and compassionate care to individuals in the comfort of their homes.
