What You'll Be Doing: This isn't just a step up it's a leadership role with room to grow. Here's what your day could look like:

• Leading the team during your shift and keeping operations on point
• Training and supporting team members with instructional guidance
• Jumping in wherever needed: front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, or prep
• Managing shift tasks with a focus on detail, quality, and guest satisfaction
• Opening and/or closing the store using clear checklists and routines
• Monitoring staffing and labor costs during your shift
• Making sure cleanliness, service, and food quality all hit the Carl's Jr. standard

You'll be the go-to person on shift, keeping the team energized and on track.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You:

• Are 18 or older
• Can lead by example and support others
• Love a clean, organized, and efficient workday
• Have basic math skills (for register, scheduling, and shift planning)
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for a full shift
• Have a Food Handler's Permit (or can get one within 30 days)
