Base pay range $75.00/hr - $90.00/hr Position Senior Project Manager (PV or Drug Safety) Duration 6+ Months (Possibility of extension) Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple GxP-compliant projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies. Oversee vendor selection, qualification, and management, ensuring alignment with project goals and regulatory standards. Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and provide financial updates to leadership. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with GxP regulations and company policies. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and leadership, including steering committees. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and project reviews to drive alignment and execution. Oversee multiple projects, sometimes at a small program level, ensuring effective prioritization and resource allocation. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive resolution of issues. Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies. Demonstrate flexibility by filling in as appropriate to support project needs.
