Location Requirements:

Applicants residing within a 50-mile radius of our local sites may only be considered for onsite job openings.

Responsibilities:

Provide basic technical support via phone in Spanish and English

Deliver an exceptional support experience

Interact and communicate effectively with a variety of customers

Provide a memorable and delightful experience

Qualifications:

Fluent in Spanish and English - while this role supports both, most calls are in English

Must have High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

18 years of age

Equipment and Internet Requirements:

Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)

Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up

A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile)

Home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment

Desk and an ergonomic chair
