About the Position

Experience with patient ratios of at least 1:5. EPIC charting experience required. Description: This position involves providing nursing care in various units, including ICU, PCU, and MS. The nurse must be experienced in IV therapy, phlebotomy, and central line management. Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and care of ventilated patients is essential. Responsibilities include administering emergency medications and managing cardiac and vasoactive drips. The average patient ratio in ICU is 2:1, while PCU is typically 5:1 and MS is 6:1, potentially flexing up to 7:1. Nursing staff may be required to float between different units based on staffing needs. Weekend and holiday work may be required. Candidates must maintain hand hygiene and follow infection control protocols. Successful applicants will be part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting patient care and access to necessary services.
