Plus, you'll become a master fortune teller by predicting the cost of repairs with astonishing accuracy. It's going to be a turbocharged ride filled with laughter, chaos, and just the right amount of automotive adventure!Duties and ResponsibilitiesPick up the phone with the speed and grace of a caffeinated cheetah and charm our callers with a hello so friendly, they'll think they're chatting with their favorite celebrity!Tune in to the customer's channel like you're eavesdropping on the juiciest gossip, catch all the details, jot 'em down like you're creating the next bestseller, and make sure you've got every last bit of drama in writing!Give the customer a precise written bill for labor and parts, and don't forget to throw in a couple of bonus service suggestions.
