As a Prep Cook at SSP in Food & Beverage Operations, you’ll support kitchen production by preparing ingredients, maintaining clean work areas, and following strict food safety standards. You’ll assist cooks with station setup, portioning, and basic cooking tasks to ensure consistent quality and timely service. Working in a fast-paced, on-site environment, you’ll collaborate closely with the culinary team while upholding SSP’s and Smiths Detection’s strong focus on safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.
