Requirements / Qualifications Valid California administrative credential authorizing service in this position.Five (5) or more years successful teaching experience or related experience, and a minimum of two (2) years successful administrative experience.Master’s Degree or HigherCharacter, personality, and social capability to relate and communicate effectively with staff, students, and community.Desired:Extensive background and experience in employee supervision, curriculum and instruction, counseling, budgeting, and instructional technology.Additional graduate work in administration.Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and a wide variety of community groups and organizations.Completion of the Target Success Sketch is required. An incomplete sketch may subject the applicant to disqualification.
