Power Platform Developer

JOB TITLE: POWER PLATFORM DEVELOPER JOB LOCATION: REMOTE WAGE RANGE*: 64.00-67.00 PER HOUR JOB NUMBER: RTXCJP00001601 JOB DESCRIPTION Design, build, and maintain complex Canvas Apps, owning the solution architecture from data layer through user experience. Drive UI/UX design for applications, information architecture, intuitive navigation, responsive layouts, accessibility, and consistent, on-brand component patterns that prioritize end-user adoption. Develop and orchestrate business process automation using Power Automate (cloud flows, approvals, integrations). Architect SharePoint Online solutions including lists, libraries, permissions, and site structures to support application data and content needs. Write, test, and optimize PowerFx with attention to delegation, performance, and data source limits. Establish and champion development standards, reusable patterns, and ALM practices (solution packaging, environment strategy, source control). Lead requirements discovery with stakeholders, translate ambiguous business needs into technical designs, and deliver iteratively. Test, debug, and maintain existing applications, including troubleshooting connector, authentication, and data issues. Document solutions, configurations, and handoff materials for internal teams. (AI scope) Work with an existing AI bot to analyze responses, craft and refine prompts, and integrate AI-assisted capabilities into Power Platform apps and flows.
