Sales Manager (Full Time)

About This Role A Full Time Sales Manager will be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll greet new parents and grandparents, introduce them to our products, and help them prepare for the first day of school and other parenting milestones. The role creates a welcoming, inclusive environment and continually educates the team on product styles, features, and benefits. Responsibilities Become product and brand expert to guide families through every parenting moment. Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product selection. Maintain a genuine focus on customer satisfaction on the sales floor. Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers. Consistently model service standards and omni‑channel experience while coaching staff. Lead and execute assigned business focus areas through planning and detailed follow‑through. Serve as Lead on Duty, driving results and resolving customer concerns promptly. Use customer feedback to identify opportunities and implement actions that drive results. Build customer loyalty through company‑sponsored programs, including credit offerings. Provide in‑the‑moment feedback to the store team and raise performance concerns to the Store Manager. Recognize exceptional performance with positive reinforcement and appreciation. Support store team with asset protection, maintaining safety awareness and operational controls. Qualifications Positive, solutions‑oriented mindset. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, web navigation). High school diploma or GED. Physical Requirements Lift up to 40 pounds and perform frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Stand or walk for extended periods and climb ladders.
