Warehouse Pick & Packer – $18/Hour + $150 Bonus

Location: Columbus, Ohio
Schedule: Monday–Friday, day shift
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Bonus: Earn a $150 bonus when you promptly complete the required drug test and screening process and successfully complete your first full 40-hour workweek.

You’ll help ensure customer orders are picked accurately, packed securely, and prepared for shipment—all while working in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment.

Schedule Options

• Picking: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Packing: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
• Steel-toe boots are required

What You’ll Do

As a Warehouse Pick & Packer, you will:

• Pick products accurately using daily order reports and a remote headset
• Verify items and pack products carefully to prevent damage
• Apply shipping labels and prepare packing slips and other documentation
• Locate overages and pull shortages to complete customer orders
• Move completed cartons to the conveyor belt
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Work as part of a team and remain flexible to cross-train in other warehouse functions

What You’ll Need

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stand and walk throughout an 8-hour shift
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse team
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is preferred
• Steel-toe boots
