Position Summary: Clinical Supervisor

Seeking: Licensed LCSW

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide weekly supervision to associates and therapists facilitating group therapy for mental health and substance use disorders
• Support clinicians with: Group facilitation skills and interventions, Case consultation and treatment planning, Documentation and compliance, as well as Ethical and clinical decision-making
• Ensure delivery of trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care
• Monitor quality and effectiveness of group programming
• Provide feedback and coaching to enhance group engagement and outcomes
• Collaborate with leadership to strengthen clinical services and protocols

Qualifications:

• ActiveLCSWlicense (California)
• Minimum 2+ years post-licensure
• Experience supervising clinicians and/or leading group therapy
• Strong knowledge of mental health and substance use disorder treatment
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
• Passion for mentorship and team development

Schedule:

• 110 hours per week
• Flexible based on your availability
• Optional in-person component
