I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in sales before joining a friend's agency as a team member. I'm a former college athlete, a huge sports fan, and enjoy hunting, fishing, and golfing. Family is my top priority, and my wife and I have one child with another on the way. Our agency is built around teamwork, relationships, and creating a positive environment where people enjoy coming to work. We've built a close-knit team that works hard, supports one another, and knows how to have fun along the way. Brandon Noe - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
