Perform nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission and develop individualized plans of care. Initiate discharge planning and ensure proper documentation. Supervise ancillary staff, enforce safety protocols, and participate in team-building activities. Assume charge responsibility after orientation. Qualifications Valid BLS certification prior to first shift. Valid ACLS certification prior to first shift (CIRH only). Minimum 2 years of bedside clinical experience. Preferred experience in a Progressive Care Unit and strong nursing assessment skills.
