Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State PTA license is required to start the position.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience working in hospital and skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
