You don’t have to know everything on day one. We’re looking for people who are reliable, hardworking, positive, curious, and ready to be part of a team.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 5 years of supervisory experience in hospitality leadership
- Undergraduate degree in hospitality, completed or currently in school.
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- A genuine interest in hospitality, ranch life, or the outdoors.
- Previous hospitality, customer service, culinary, or related experience is a plus.
- The ability to work well with a diverse team.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- A willingness to learn, contribute, and jump in wherever needed.
Our J-1 opportunities can be a great fit for eligible students and cultural-exchange participants looking to gain professional experience while experiencing American hospitality and life in the Moab area.
