Reporting to the Director of Therapy Services, this position is responsible for planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy. The Physical Therapist (PT) collaborates with the interdisciplinary team and provides supervision of the Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) and the Physical Therapy Aide (PT Aide). • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Upon hire: California Physical Therapist License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Within 30 days of hire: California Fire and Life Safety Card - National

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
