The company is targeting 50 billion dollars in annual revenue within the decade through accretive acquisitions and organic growth.Job DescriptionProvide sales support to sales reps and account executives on metal roofing sales calls and inquiries. This role will serve as the metal roofing subject matter expert (SME) and must be highly skilled and proficient in the metal roofing space.Serve as the technical and strategic leader for assigned complementary product categories across the divisionTranslate complex product and system information into practical, value-driven solutions that support customer needs and sales successProvide technical consultation and system recommendations during the pre-sales process, supporting complex opportunities, strategic accounts, and enterprise-level initiativesAnalyze product specifications, system applications, and project requirements to develop accurate, profitable solutions and pricing recommendationsLead responses to high-value customer requests and critical account issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutionServe as the subject matter expert for assigned product categories, providing guidance to sales teams, leadership, and cross-functional partnersDrive product sales strategy and support the management of specific product lines with a focus on revenue growth, market expansion, and customer adoptionSupport strategic product portfolio planning, including product selection, lifecycle management, competitive positioning, and growth initiativesPartner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and leadership teams to align priorities and drive execution across the businessChampion best practices, process consistency, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the product organizationMentor team members and support future organizational growth initiatives, including expanded leadership responsibilities as business needs evolveQualificationsBachelor's degree in business, construction management, engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience.8+ years of experience in metal roofing sales or operations.
