About the job

SUMMARY Coordinates and supports various work processes and projects within Global Marketing and Product Management focusing on PDM and PIM.

Product Data Management (PDM) is the process (and function) of capturing and managing the (electronic) information related to a product so it can be reused in business processes such as design, production, distribution and marketing. The goal of this team should be to focus on making sure the data for all our products, OEM or Franke produced, is documented, accurate to support all areas of our business.

Product Information Management (PIM) is the process of managing and fortifying product information and related digital assets across different teams to provide and engaging product experience so we can successfully sell are products across all our channels/routes to market.

Your tasks

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

• Creation, maintenance and processing of product and supplier master data according to specifications
• Management of equipment, spare parts, and kitchen accessories for QSR Business throughout the entire product life cycle
• Recording of product properties
• Proactive PM part maintenance and data updates
• Sales Price Management including price verifications, PO price update analysis, Gross Profit reviews, and sell price execution and maintenance
• Process and product portfolio optimization
• Completion of organizational tasks
• Independent processing of internal and external inquiries and the associated communications
• Reliable attendance is a must
• Other duties as assigned

• Competencies - Attention to detail, action-oriented, and results driven
• Data Analytics - Moderate expertise in using analytical and BI tools
• Sales and Marketing - Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
• Intermediate Language Skills - Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• High Mathematical Skills - Strong financial analytics skills and solid modeling skills
• Intermediate Reasoning Skills - Moderate research and synthesis skills; be able to translate data into insights and actions
• Computer Skills - Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• BS/BA Degree required
• 2 years' experience

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Does not supervise staff
