Early Learning Development Coach (IEP & PBIS)

MAAC is seeking an Early Childhood Program Specialist to plan and coordinate developmental services within the Child Development Program. You will support families, interpret IEP/IFSP goals, and train staff to implement developmentally appropriate practices. Under supervision, you will conduct observations, assist with PBIS planning, collaborate with school districts, and maintain MAAC documentation and compliance with Head Start standards.
