This role is built for a leader who knows how to drive occupancy, push revenue, and create a standout resident experience.You'll take full ownership of the asset—leading leasing strategy, maximizing NOI, and building a high-performing team that consistently delivers results.Responsibilities include:Leasing & Revenue GrowthDrive occupancy and pricing strategy to consistently outperform market targetsTrack traffic, conversion, and leasing metrics—then take action to improve resultsLead from the front: coach, close, and elevate leasing performanceOperations & Team LeadershipBuild and lead a motivated, accountable team focused on performanceSet the tone for professionalism, urgency, and customer experienceMaintain a community that looks and operates at a high level every dayFinancial PerformanceOwn the budget, control expenses, and push revenue growthMonitor delinquency and take proactive steps to protect incomeMake strategic decisions that directly impact NOIResident Experience & RetentionDeliver fast, effective resolutions to resident concernsCreate a community residents choose to stay inDrive renewals and minimize turnoverMaintenance & Asset QualityPartner with maintenance to ensure fast turns and strong unit presentationKeep the property clean, safe, and competitive in the marketWhat we're looking for:2+ years of multifamily property management experienceProven ability to hit occupancy and revenue goalsStrong leadership skills with a track record of team performanceFinancial mindset with confidence managing budgets and expensesExperience with AppFolio or similar property management softwareDriven and solution orientedEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
