Bakery Team Member - Seasonal

Location: Braker's Market
Start Date: September/October
Position: Seasonal Part-Time

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour

18 years old preferred

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

Braker's Market is looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our Bakery Department. This seasonal part-time position focuses on preparing baked goods, supporting daily bakery operations, maintaining quality standards, and creating products our customers love.

This is a seasonal position to help support our bakery during the busy holiday season. We will reevaluate the position after the holidays, with the possibility of additional hours and continued employment for the right person and fit .

• Seasonal part-time position
• 3–4 days per week
• Tuesday availability is especially important
• Some Saturday availability required
• Early morning availability required

• Prepare and bake bakery items according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bakery workspace
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures
• Pay close attention to detail and product quality
• Work collaboratively with team members to support daily bakery operations
• Learn and follow bakery procedures and expectations

• 18 years old or close to 18 preferred
• Dependable and punctual
• Enjoys baking and takes pride in their work
• Eager to learn and willing to work as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow directions and accept feedback
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Frequent bending, reaching, and moving throughout the workspace
