Show off your technical skills by providing basic device troubleshooting, diagnosing mobile device issues, and facilitating service tickets. Master the art of the upsell, confidently recommending product bundles and complementary items to encourage additional purchases. Build lasting customer relationships that lead to repeat business and positive word-of-mouth. Handle customer escalations with empathy and a can-do attitude, turning a negative experience into a positive solution. Stay in the know by completing all product, services, and soft skills training to become a Samsung expert. Crush your personal sales goals while helping the store hit its overall performance targets.
