Practice Overview:

• Join a collaborative women's health team providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care
• Practice full-scope OB/GYN with access to Da Vinci robotic surgery for minimally invasive procedures
• Build lasting patient relationships in a well-established, hospital-employed practice
• Strong clinical support allows you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday clinic schedule with one hour of protected administrative time each day
• Paid call shifts with additional compensation
• Balanced mix of clinic, surgery, and obstetric care
• Practice model designed to support long-term work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits:

• 355,000 base salary plus productivity and quality incentives
• Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment
• Five weeks of PTO, CME allowance, and comprehensive health benefits

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Eligible for medical licensure in California
• Interest in providing full-spectrum obstetric and gynecologic care
• New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply
