The facility provides comprehensive cardiovascular care in both outpatient and inpatient settings, with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality, patient-centered services to the surrounding region.

Opportunity:
Physician (MD) - Internal Medicine - Cardiology

Job Details:

• Provide 100% outpatient cardiology clinic coverage with clinic hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., five days per week
• Potential for some inpatient rounding and stress test coverage as the engagement progresses
• 15-19 patient encounters per shift
• No APP support will be provided
• Locum-to-Perm opportunity; locum candidates accepted at this time
• Candidates interested in a permanent position should be noted for priority consideration
• Perform outpatient and inpatient cardiology services
• Non-invasive cardiology required, including echocardiography, TEE (Transesophageal Echo), and nuclear cardiology (Cardiolyte, thallium, etc.)
• Board certification required (Certified minimum)
• Active Indiana license or IMLC required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Estimated credentialing timeframe of 30-45 days
• Nearest airport is Fort Wayne
• Start date: October 1, 2026, ongoing
