Requirements

• Current State NP or PA License • Certification in Wound and Ostomy Care • Proficiency in general office software • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Experience in long-term care preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all open wounds, including cleaning and dressing • Complete admission paperwork for new residents • Provide advice and support to residents and their families • Monitor residents and administer medications and treatments • Document resident care services accurately • Adhere to infection-control policies and protocols • Resolve resident problems using multidisciplinary team strategies
