Unencumbered LPN/LVN License in the state of employment or Multi-State license through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact where recognized./lili1 years of demonstrated experience/liliValid driver license with proof of insurance in applicable states/liliClear background screening/liliWorking knowledge of Nurse Practice Acts/liliValid and current CPR card/certificate with in person instructor led hands on skills check/liliClear Hep B Screening in applicable states/liliClear TB Screening in applicable states/li/ulpKEY COMPETENCIES/pulliThe ability to read and communicate in English both verbally and in writing./li/ulpWORKING CONDITIONS/EQUIPMENT USE/pulliWork is performed in the patients home - not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
