Occupancy Specialist
Maloney Properties LLC Career Center
We are seeking an Occupancy Specialist to join our team in Dorchester, MA. This is a full‑time position at a property with 270 units of affordable family housing. The work hours are Monday‑Friday 8:00‑4:00. The Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all households are recertified on an annual and interim basis and are in compliance with Section8 and LIHTC regulations. The Occupancy Specialist will also process move‑ins/move‑outs, assist with rent collections, and provide support to residents. Some filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks to support the office will also be included in the responsibilities. Maloney Properties is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
