We're seeking a highly skilled manager to take over Warehouse Management for our corporate warehouse! Responsibilities Ensuring safety, cleanliness, organization, and secure operation of the warehouse; Data analysis Meeting productivity targets and ensuring resources are available to meet demands; Continuously improving efficiency, productivity, accuracy, and output; Taking the initiative to do what needs to be done without being told, getting results without micromanagement; Scheduling employees Training and building your team Managing all aspects of a shipping and receiving warehouse Valuing and insisting on punctuality and good attendance Serving as a role model for colleagues Contributing to the company's success by adapting to changes, continually striving for personal growth, maintaining professionalism and teamwork, and allowing the company to profit from your talents, knowledge, and experience with a positive attitude Learning how our company works and suggesting ways to improve it Recruiting, disciplining, and training staff Cost management, forecasting, and budgeting Choosing and implementing technology, hardware, software, and systems Negotiating with shipping carriers for better rates and service Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of team management; warehouse experience a plus Minimum 2+ years of inventory management Proven background of providing great customer service Shows initiative and acts independently to resolve problems Works effectively both as a team member and independently Job Conditions GigaParts is a Drug‑Free Workplace.
