Abilities Abound Physical Therapy has an immediate opportunity for an energetic, skilled, and customer-focused Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist who will be an exceptional addition to our outpatient team. We are willing to train the right candidate and pay for certifications and CEUs. We are currently looking for someone to work 32‑40 hours a week, however we can offer part‑time hours as well (minimum 16 hours per week). Professional Overview Abilities Abound Physical Therapy is a locally owned outpatient clinic offering orthopedic physical therapy, hand therapy, and pelvic floor physical therapy. We have been operating and serving our community for over 9 years. Our philosophy is to provide the highest quality therapy through personalized care and education, ensuring patient comprehension and optimal treatment progression. Responsibilities Work directly with patients in a one‑on‑one approach, delivering care in 45‑minute appointment slots. Provide hands‑on pelvic floor physical therapy using evidence‑based techniques. Collaborate with a team of licensed physical therapists in a clinician‑owned clinic. Contribute to a family‑friendly environment with a strong continuing education program. Qualifications Graduate from a CAPTE‑accredited Physical Therapy program. Current state of Virginia license and CPR certification. At least 1 year of experience treating pelvic floor (preferred but not required). Dry needling certification is a plus. Outgoing and energetic personality. Employee Perks Strong compensation.
