What you will enjoy doing*

• In this role, you will build and wire advanced electro-mechanical industrial equipment, bringing complex systems to life with precision and craftsmanship
• You will test, verify, and document critical performance data to ensure every piece of equipment meets our high standards
• You will work hands-on with detailed assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and step-by-step work instructions to produce quality results
• You will operate a variety of machinery and tools essential to manufacturing top-tier consumable products
• You will collaborate in a fast-paced, team-driven environment where everyone contributes to shared success
• You will communicate effectively and thrive in a diverse, inclusive workplace built on respect and teamwork
• Also, you will take on additional responsibilities as needed, supporting the team and growing your skills along the way

What makes you great

• You have a High school diploma or equivalent is required while an associate degree or relevant manufacturing certification is preferred
• Hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to think analytically and troubleshoot technical challenges
• Also, you have the ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings with confidence
• Proven capability to diagnose and troubleshoot electro-mechanical machinery
• Comfortable performing basic computer tasks and navigating standard software
