Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a crew of 2-3 team members on outdoor construction projects.
  • Interpret blueprints and project plans to ensure accurate and efficient execution.
  • Oversee hardscape installations, managing materials, equipment, and job site logistics.
  • Operate and maintain landscape equipment and machinery safely and effectively.
  • Train and mentor crew members, fostering skill development and teamwork.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in snow operations during winter months to help maintain safe community spaces.
  • Promote and enforce safety standards and company policies on every job site.
Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate construction equipment.
  • Experience in landscape construction, hardscape installation, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
  • Physical ability to work outdoors in all seasons and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism.
  • Bilingual candidates are a plus.
