Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services and care to patients. Maintain accurate documentation using ScribeIQ and other tools, ensuring quality notes stay at work. Participate in professional development tracks such as new‑grad mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non‑treating roles, and clinic leadership. Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinicians to foster strong clinical relationships and patient outcomes. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current or pending PT licensure in the state of Michigan. Passion for patient care and a commitment to achieving strong outcomes. Lifelong learner who seeks continuous improvement of skills and knowledge. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $82,000 to $105,000 per year, depending on location, experience, and certifications. Clinician bonus plan up to an additional $31,000 annually ($1,192.31 per paycheck). Welcome bonuses or student‑loan repayment up to $10,000 for certain opportunities.
