Job Title: Supply Chain and Logistics Inventory Planner 3

ABOUT THE TEAM
" This role sits on the Supply & Inventory Planning team supporting Running apparel and equipment.
" The team owns end-to-end supply and inventory planning for its consumer segment from supply commitments and purchase order execution through to a healthy inventory position and delivery into the marketplace.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
" An experienced inventory planner (5 years) who is equally comfortable in the data and in front of stakeholders.
" Someone who can turn large, complex data sets into clear, simple stories that drive decisions.
" A highly organized self-starter who can prioritize, absorb ad hoc requests, and keep multiple workstreams moving in a fast-paced environment.
" A partner who can flex between strategic and tactical work, influence cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, and stay composed in a complex, ever-changing environment.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON
" Support end-to-end supply and inventory planning for the consumer segment, serving as a primary point of contact for inventory planning needs.
" Facilitate twice-monthly delivery planning under the DSM process.
" Execute supply commitments through PO creation for finished goods, and manage buy exceptions.
" Maintain PO changes from factory to distribution center.
" Review purchase orders for conformance to policy.
" Deliver analysis and data storytelling for stakeholders and leadership forums.
" Act as subject-matter expert (SME) on projects.
" Drive a healthy inventory position leverage reports and dashboards, escalate risks, and communicate delivery expectations to the consumer planning teams.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH
" You will report to the Supply & Inventory Planning Sport Manager.
" You will partner closely with the consumer planning teams, cross-functional supply chain partners, and factory and distribution partners to keep delivery aligned to plan.

MUST-HAVE
" 5 years of experience in inventory planning (supply planning or broader supply chain acceptable).
" Data analysis and storytelling with data.
" Strong ability to prioritize tasks, comfortable working with ad hoc tasks, highly organized, and has operated in fast-paced environments.
" Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication able to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand stories.
" Flexibility to operate both strategically and tactically.
" Strong interpersonal, influencing, and facilitation skills across cross-functional and cross-cultural partners.
" Validated analytical skills working with large data sets, with the ability to build an executive-level story.
" Tolerance for a complex, ever-changing, dynamic environment, and sound decision-making under ambiguity.

NICE-TO-HAVE
" Marketplace experience with finished products and consumer goods.
" Experience with footwear or apparel.
" SAP, S/4HANA, or similar ERP programs.
" Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
" Power BI, Tableau, and/or Cognos reporting.
" Participation in projects and system releases.
" Previous industry experience (with a global sportswear brand) preferred.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTIONS
" Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
