**Position Overview:**
As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient overnight operations and providing top-notch service to our guests. You will be responsible for reconciling daily financial transactions and reports, managing guest inquiries, and maintaining security during nighttime hours.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform accurate nightly audit of all hotel financial transactions.
- Reconcile and balance accounts to ensure revenue is accurately recorded.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare detailed daily reports for management review.
- Ensure safety and security protocols are followed during overnight shifts.
- Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain a welcoming and clean front desk area.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or accounting is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role or hotel front desk is preferred.
- Proficiency with hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable working overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
