At Foxden Retirement Community, we believe that great meals bring comfort, joy, and a sense of community to our residents. We're looking for a passionate Cook to join our team and make a difference in the lives of those we serve!

Part Time; Monday - Wednesday 3:00 P.M - 7:00 P.M

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare delicious, nutritious meals that cater to residents' dietary needs.

• Create an inviting dining experience that brings smiles to our residents' faces.

• Manage the kitchen, ensuring a clean and efficient environment.

• Create menus that cater to the preferences and dietary requirements of our residents.

• Order kitchen supplies and ingredients to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

• Collaborate with other cooks and kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared and served timely.

• Fill in when needed and help maintain smooth operations, especially during peak times.

• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and healthy kitchen environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous cooking experience (preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting).

• A passion for cooking and serving others.

• A team player with a positive, friendly attitude.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
